During the document collection process, your team will introduce themselves to your client, provide a bankruptcy filing overview, help the client understand the pre-filing process, and schedule debtor education for the client through Cricket Debt Counseling. AmStar will finish the document collection process from your debtor on your behalf. Minimum documents are required upon submitting your case to AmStar. AmStar is invisible to your client and acts as an extension of your office. Your friendly AmStar paralegal  team will also interview your client for pre-filing conduct, collect evidence of your client's assets and debts, and compare the exemptions available under applicable law to the property your client would like to protect.

As standard procedure if anything unusual arises, your AmStar team will provide a case memo that details concerns. We will look to you to provide further feedback and direction.
