Securitization Review Details

AmStar will assist attorneys in locating filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") evidencing the application of the mortgage securitization process to a subject loan, including, identification of the Securitized Trust/REMIC ("the Trust"), identification of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement ("PSA") and relevant sections addressing the Trust's guidelines and timetables for receiving assets.
