Your AmStar team ensures that all your client's information and paperwork collected are carefully entered into Best Case Software (or EZ Filer). We will follow this with an initial draft of your client's petition, schedules and statement of financial affairs. . You and your client will inspect and once approved, we will email the file to your attention, so you can upload into your Best Case and eventual ECF filing with the United States Bankruptcy Court.

We will conclude this phase with a final case summary memo that will help prepare you and your client for the 341 Creditor's meeting. The memo will include:

• Basic case history
• Pertinent facts
• Trustee's disposition of the case as an asset or no-asset Chapter 7 or approval of the case to proceed to Confirmation, if a Chapter 13 case was filed
