AmStar Announces Florida CLE Schedule

AmStar Litigation Support has released a schedule of their CLE-accredited seminar: "Foreclosure Defense - Recession Proof Your Practice" for litigators, in-house counsel, foreclosure defense attorneys, paralegals, mediators and others. This one-day CLE seminar will be offered in 5 Florida cities from June through August 2009. The seminar is designed to provide attorneys with the fundamental knowledge and resources in Foreclosure Defense law and empower them with the information they need to build a successful practice. Topics of the seminar will include Ethics, Securitization, Pleading and Procedure, Substantive Mortgage Loan Law, Loan auditing and more. The first CLE seminar is scheduled to take place Tuesday, June 16 at Hyatt Regency Sarasota, Boulevard of the Arts, Sarasota, Florida.

All seminars are accredited for 7.5 hours of CLE credit, including 0.5 hours of ethics, and take place from 8:00pm-5:00pm EDT.

Participants will be invited to attend a complimentary same-day luncheon on "How to Build a Successful Foreclosure Defense Practice."

The seminar will feature a panel of prominent speakers including Margaret Bowles, Gary Meringer and Dan McCarthy. As keynote speaker, Ms Bowles will offer her unique experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy law; with over 1000 property foreclosures for Citigroup, Ford Commercial Credit and Household Finance.
