Your AmStar paralegal team will perform all of the due diligence needed on your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 cases. They will check for prior Bankruptcy filings through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records system (PACER). The results may affect the Debtor's eligibility to file and/or the effect of the automatic stay in some cases. During phase 1, we will also conduct the following:
