William V. Costanzo, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
As a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, Ancell School of Business Magna Cum Laude, Mr. Costanzo has had a distinguished and diverse career in finance. Prior to AmStar, Bill began his career in Public Accounting for Ernst & Young and held internal audit supervisory positions at Ethan Allen Home Furnishings and United Technologies Corporation. Bill has also worked in leadership capacities as the Corporate Controller for emerging businesses such as PCNet, Inc. and Vengroff, Williams & Assocates, and as the Chief Financial Officer for Etechnologycorp and ETC Support, Inc. Bill is very active with youth sports as a coach with Miss Manatee Softball and as an advocate for special needs children, youth and adults in our community. Bill is also a former board member of Family Network on Disabilities and the proud father of two children.
Benjamin A. Stolz, Vice President of Legal Support Services
Ben is a lawyer, technologist and entrepreneur with several successful start-ups to his credit. Prior to AmStar, Ben practiced Consumer and Business Bankruptcy law in Dallas, Texas for over 10 years, successfully arguing many contested matters before the Courts. As a lawyer with a long and varied career, he has extensive experience in the areas consumer and business bankruptcy, corporate, venture capital finance and commercial law. Ben was General Counsel for GoSolutions, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) communication solutions. Prior to GoSolutions, Ben was a co-founder of Go Solo Technologies, Inc., an innovative technology company and the creator of one of the first Enterprise grade, speechdriven, unified communications solutions. He has a BA from the University of South Florida and a JD from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP), and a frequent guest panelist at Consumer Bankruptcy CLE events.
Vince Donato, Chief Operating Office
Vince has extensive experience in leading large corporations to produce world-class results. Prior to joining AmStar he worked as a Principal at Thomas Group, an international operations management consulting company working with mostly Fortune 500 clients. There he led teams of consultants to improve their clients' operating and financial results. Vince has worked assignments in both the industrial and service sectors. His work history includes a position as Vice President of Operations for Crenlo, LLC, where he managed a workforce of 1200 people at multiple locations to build major components for heavy equipment OEMs. Vince was also President of Vadco, Inc, a custom design and fabrication business. He has a BS in Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from Western New England University.
